Hong Kong Colocation

From 1U to a private cage in our Hong Kong facilities, with power, connectivity and engineers on site. Every configuration is quoted per project — we do not publish figures we cannot deliver.

What colocation includes

Space in a Hong Kong facility, redundant power, cooling, physical security and the engineering team that keeps it running. You bring the servers; we handle the rack, the feeds, the cross-connects and the person who walks to your cabinet when a disk fails.

Contracts run per cabinet or per cage, monthly or annually. Remote hands is included in the SLA rather than sold as a separate surprise.

Infrastructure

Power, cooling and security

Power

Dual feeds with UPS ride-through and diesel generator backup. Cabinet-level PDUs with A/B separation so one feed can be maintained without taking the rack down. Actual kW per cabinet is agreed in the contract.

Cooling

Hot and cold aisle containment with N+1 cooling units. High-density cabinets are surveyed before installation — we will tell you if a layout cannot take the load.

Security

24/7 on-site security, escorted access, badge and biometric entry at the facility, and cabinet locks. Access lists are managed per customer.

Connectivity

Cross-connects to local carriers and internet exchanges, plus cloud on-ramps. Bring your own transit and IP space or take ours — BGP sessions are configured by our network team.

FAQ

Colocation questions

What is the minimum commitment?

A single 1U or 2U unit, billed monthly. There is no requirement to take a full cabinet.

Can I use my own IP space and ASN?

Yes. We configure BGP sessions for customers bringing their own address space and ASN, and can also supply IPs if you prefer.

How is power billed?

Per cabinet, based on the agreed kW allocation — not on metered draw with a shared breaker. The figure is fixed in the contract so your invoice is predictable.

Do you allow customer access?

Yes, escorted access during business hours and 24/7 by arrangement. Access lists are maintained per customer.

What about cross-connects?

Cross-connects to carriers and exchanges are ordered and patched by us, with the port map documented on handover.
